Job Overview

This role offers a unique opportunity to join our dynamic team as a Chief IT Architect, where you will play a pivotal part in shaping the future of our pharmaceutical services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Proactively model, assess, and improve existing systems across multiple levels to enhance efficiency, security, and innovation for Redcare Pharmacy and its subsidiaries.
  • Maintain enterprise architecture tools and assets, ensuring seamless integration and alignment with business capabilities.
  • Proactively manage the maintenance and renewal of the application portfolio together with the application managers/contact persons from the specialist departments and the IT teams.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to maintain Business Capability Model, aligning IT landscape with business capabilities.
  • Deal with and resolve issues that arise at enterprise/solution level together with other senior IT stakeholders.
  • Support the IT/Business teams in day-to-day business, qualifying projects, and taking strategic decisions.
  • Conduct research on emerging technologies and create technology roadmaps for business domains.
About You

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A minimum of several years' professional experience in enterprise architecture management, including knowledge of EA standards such as TOGAF, and IT frameworks like ITIL.
  • Experience with EA tools, preferably LeanIX.
  • Knowledge of modern IT practices and patterns, e.g., cloud computing, microservices.
  • Experience with modeling tools like UML, Archimate, C4, or equivalent.
  • Background in large-scale projects like ERP, CRM, or similar is highly desirable.
  • Comfortable working in ambiguity and willing to take responsibilities and drive initiatives.
  • Skilled in strategic engagements with senior stakeholders.
  • Effective persuasion, reconciliation, and presentation skills.
  • Highly motivated to collaborate in a distributed and international team environment.

Estimated Salary Range

The estimated salary range for this position is between €80,000 - €120,000 per year, depending on qualifications and experience.
