Our client is a prominent player in the ceramic tiles manufacturing industry, delivering high-quality products for various projects. We are currently seeking an experienced Enterprise Applications Leader - Enterprise Applications to join their team in Germany.

Estimated Salary: €80,000 - €100,000 per annum.

Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced leader to head our client's IT/Enterprise Applications team. This exciting opportunity allows you to play a key role in driving the success of our client's SAP projects and other enterprise applications.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage the Enterprise Applications team, providing guidance, support, and mentorship to team members.
• Oversee the implementation, configuration, and maintenance of SAP modules, including SD (Sales and Distribution) and EWM (Extended Warehouse Management).
• Closely collaborate with business stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into effective IT solutions.
• Drive the planning and execution of SAP projects, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
• Manage relationships with external vendors and partners, ensuring effective delivery of services and solutions.
• Stay current with industry trends and best practices in enterprise applications and SAP technologies.
• Develop and maintain documentation, procedures, and standards related to enterprise applications.
• Provide technical expertise and support for troubleshooting and resolving issues related to SAP and other enterprise applications.
• E nsure compliance with company policies, procedures, and security standards.
• Foster a culture of continuous improvement, innovation, and collaboration within the Information Technologies team.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Proven experience in a leadership or management role, preferably in IT or enterprise applications.
• Strong expertise in SAP modules, particularly SD and EWM, with hands-on experience in implementation and support.
• Fluent in German, with proficiency in either English or Turkish as a secondary language.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage with stakeholders at all levels.
• Strong people management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a high-performing team.
