Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced HR Business Partner to join our team in Europe. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing selection and placement, performance management, talent and career management, budget planning, training, and other fundamental human resources operations for our internal customer group at our three European locations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement people strategies and solutions that support business-specific objectives
  • Work with department heads and managers to understand business needs and provide strategic consulting on people and organization development strategies
  • Lead the implementation of new and current human resources practices and systems across all of Europe
  • Ensure that the group's policies and practices are spread throughout Europe
  • Provide legal guidelines and examples from the European region's employee experience to help the development of new procedures and policies in keeping with the Group's human resources strategy
  • Contribute to company performance by providing strategic consulting on people and organization development strategies
  • Plan, organize, and execute all human resources activities in talent acquisition; employee relations consultation; policy interpretation and application
Requirements
  • University or master's degree in relevant fields (Economics, Business Administration, Organizational Development, Psychology, etc.)
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in HR processes (recruitment, onboarding, performance, talent, career management)
  • Business-minded HR professional with a passion to be in the center of all HR-related matters of their account
  • Fluent in written and spoken English and German
  • Excellent communication, influencing, and interpersonal skills
  • Dynamic and result-oriented
