As our new Product Industrialization Manager, you'll play a key role in ensuring the stability and comfort of our trains.

Your Future Role

Our Siegen site is a hub for bogie development, where 800 colleagues work together to create, manufacture, test, and repair bogies for global rail traffic. You'll report to Andreas Guenther and collaborate with a dedicated team to drive industrial requirements and support engineering.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Collaborate with engineering to ensure industrial requirements are met during product specification and design.
  2. Design the global macro-process based on standard SMP.
  3. Ensure the availability of tools and workstations on schedule and consistently with EHS requirements, ergonomics, and quality.
  4. Issue industrial documentation on time with a good quality level.
  5. Monitor the process Method Time vs target.
  6. Contribute to building a continuous improvement action plan with production to achieve manufacturing QCD targets.
  7. Participate in R&D programs as an industrial representative.
  8. Perform industrial REX on manufacturing processes.

Your Qualifications

We value passion and attitude over experience. To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • A degree in Manufacturing Engineering.
  • Experience or understanding of process engineering, writing manufacturing work instructions, line balancing, and Lean Manufacturing.
  • Technical experience of CAD and PLM tools (CATIA, DELMIA).
  • Experience in project management and working with an ERP system.
  • Working knowledge of Quality, EHS standards, and Ergonomics.
