Job Overview

CoreTylynt is seeking a highly motivated and talented Senior Business Development Manager to join its team. As a key member of the team, this individual will be responsible for identifying, prospecting, and developing new business opportunities through various channels.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead Generation: Identify and develop new business opportunities through cold calls, emails, networking, and social media.
  • Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders to ensure customer satisfaction and identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling.
  • Sales and Revenue Growth: Meet and exceed sales targets, revenue goals, and growth objectives by creating and presenting compelling proposals and solutions to potential clients.
  • Market Research: Conduct thorough market research to identify potential business opportunities and areas for growth, staying updated on industry trends, competitors, and emerging markets.
  • Strategic Planning: Collaborate with the management team to develop and execute growth strategies, setting clear, measurable objectives and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree or Master's degree in Business or a related field.
  • Strong analytical and communication skills.
  • Hands-on mentality with a focus on implementation.
  • Ability to speak directly with customers, suppliers, partners, and investors, taking the initiative to get involved.
  • Fluency in German and English.
