About the Role

We are seeking a motivated student to support our External Certifications & Audits team in various activities, including audit-related tasks, project management, and collaboration with team members.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support team members in planning, scheduling, and preparing communication for audit-related activities
  • Collaborate with team members on managing queries from stakeholders, maintaining SharePoints, and reports
  • Identify opportunities for process improvement and make recommendations to the team
  • Gain insights into various security domains, including user access management, network communication and security architecture, malware management, and risk management
  • Learn various audit standards, such as SOC1, SOC2, ISO 27001, CSA STAR, C5, and TISAX
  • Gain real-time experience in project management techniques and best practices

Requirements

  • IT background or currently studying IT/Business Management
  • Security background/experience preferred
  • At least a second-year University student
  • Fluent in English; German skills beneficial
  • Proactive, reliable, and able to self-organize
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, with strong Excel and PowerPoint skills
  • Experience in project management preferred, but not essential
