We are seeking an experienced leader to manage complex building projects in the technical building equipment (TGA) sector. As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and leading projects from start to finish, ensuring timely and cost-effective delivery.



Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and lead complex building projects, including coordination with external stakeholders and internal teams
  • Coordinate and control the work of external contractors and suppliers
  • Ensure quality, timeliness, and cost-effectiveness of all project activities
  • Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and resource plans
  • Identify and mitigate project risks and issues
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project success

Requirements:

  • Relevant degree in a field such as engineering, architecture, or construction management
  • Proven experience in project management, preferably in the building services sector
  • Strong knowledge of relevant building codes, regulations, and industry standards
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
