Technical Project Manager for Web and App Solutions

As a Technical Project Manager, you'll be responsible for overseeing all aspects of a project from conception to completion, ensuring timely delivery, staying within scope and budget. This role requires a strong technical background, exceptional problem-solving skills, and a passion for managing complex web and mobile app projects.

You'll work closely with diverse teams, providing project leadership and direction. This is an ideal role for those who thrive in fast-paced, tech-driven environments and are eager to take on new challenges.

Key Responsibilities

Customer communication: Engage with customers to understand their needs and develop a deep customer relationship through empathy and effective communication.

Rapid problem analysis and solution finding: Demonstrate exceptional ability to quickly grasp complex requirements and develop customised solutions in real time.

Project management: Manage web and app development projects, taking into account changing requirements, timelines, and budgets.

Team leadership and coordination: Lead and inspire the development team to turn technical concepts into viable solutions.

Quality assurance and innovation: Strive for the highest quality and innovative solutions that exceed customer expectations.

Documentation and reporting: Accurately document project progress for internal and client reporting purposes.

Requirements

Degree in computer science, business informatics, project management, or a related field.

At least 3 years of experience in managing web and/or app development projects.

Outstanding analytical skills and solution orientation.

Proven ability for quick problem solving and agility under pressure.

Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.

Knowledge of project management methodologies and understanding of software development cycles.

Native German and fluent English proficiency.
