We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to lead our procurement organization and drive strategic growth. As Head of Procurement Excellence, you will be responsible for developing and implementing procurement strategies that align with our business objectives.

• Develop and implement procurement strategies that drive cost savings, improve efficiency, and enhance supplier relationships.
• Lead a team of procurement professionals and provide guidance and support to ensure successful execution of procurement initiatives.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business needs and develop procurement solutions that meet those needs.
• Develop and maintain relationships with key suppliers and stakeholders to ensure effective communication and collaboration.
• Monitor and analyze procurement metrics to identify areas for improvement and develop strategies to address those areas.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in procurement and apply that knowledge to drive continuous improvement.

• Master's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in procurement, with a focus on strategic procurement and leadership.
• Proven track record of driving cost savings and improving efficiency through procurement initiatives.
• Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and guide a team of procurement professionals.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex data and develop effective solutions.
• Strong business acumen, with the ability to understand business needs and develop procurement solutions that meet those needs.
