Beschreibung des Aufgabenbereichs

Als Team Assistant Quality Production Combat and FCAS (w/m/d) sind Sie Teil des EF-Teams in Manching und Getafe, Spanien. Ihre Aufgaben umfassen die Verwaltung des Terminkalenders, die Handling des Tagesgeschäfts, die Reisebuchung und -organisation, die Vorbereitung und Organisation von Sitzungen, Workshops und Veranstaltungen sowie die finanzielle Abwicklung und die Erstellung von Dokumenten.

Beschreibung der Qualifikationen

Wir suchen nach einer Person mit abgeschlossener kaufmännischer Berufsausbildung, idealerweise mit Erfahrung im Assistenz-, Sekretariats- oder Office Management. Eine strukturierte, sorgfältige und ergebnisorientierte Arbeitsweise sowie sehr gute Englischkenntnisse sind erforderlich. SAP-Kenntnisse und Erfahrung in der Luft- und Raumfahrttechnik, Logistik oder Automotive sind ein Plus.
