As a Talent Acquisition Sprint Project Manager, you'll play a key role in scaling our business by driving innovative recruitment strategies and hiring initiatives.
The Team:
The Talent Acquisition team at Celonis is a dynamic and international team that drives our rapid growth. We're looking for a Project Manager to join our global team on a 6-month fixed-term contract. This role will be based in one of our main office hubs: Munich HQ, Madrid, the US East Coast, or London.
The Role:
As a Talent Acquisition Sprint Project Manager, you'll be responsible for planning, executing, and delivering Talent Acquisition initiatives that support our long-term growth. You'll partner closely with our talent team, internal stakeholders, vendors, and hiring leaders to ensure our hiring acceleration sprint initiatives are successfully executed.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and manage complex project plans for TA initiatives.
- Lead project teams in the successful delivery of projects within scope, on time, and within budget.
- Ensure effective communication and collaboration among project team members.
- Produce and distribute project status reports to relevant stakeholders.
- Leverage our TA tech stack to develop reporting and insights to shape the direction of hiring sprints.
Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience delivering projects within Talent Acquisition for a scaling Technology, SaaS, or Product business.
- Project management skills, including the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Exceptional communication and influencing skills.
- Experience working in an agile project delivery environment.
- Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and collaborate with diverse stakeholders.
- A passion for driving direction from insights and reporting, leveraging varied data sources.
