Your Responsibilities

  • Support and guide children in their individual development, using our Early Childhood curriculum as a framework.
  • Observe, assess, and document children's learning journeys, identifying areas of strength and improvement.
  • Collaborate with parents to create a professional parent-teacher partnership, ensuring open communication and mutual understanding.
  • Implement innovative ideas and concepts, leveraging your own interests and strengths to enhance the learning experience.
  • Work closely with your team colleagues, promoting a respectful and supportive team environment.

Your Profile

  • Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood or a comparable qualification, with relevant work experience in the field.
  • A strong interest in working with young children, with a passion for creating engaging and inclusive learning experiences.
  • English language proficiency at a mother tongue level, with a willingness to develop your German language skills (B1 level).
  • A team player with a positive attitude, motivated to contribute to the kindergarten community and support the growth of our students.
