Kita Director

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced leader to join our team as a Kita Director at our Childcare Center in Apolda. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for the overall direction and management of the center, ensuring the delivery of high-quality childcare services to our young clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide strategic leadership and direction to the center, aligning with the organization's vision and mission.
• Develop and implement effective policies and procedures to ensure the smooth operation of the center.
• Lead and manage a team of experienced childcare professionals, providing guidance and support to ensure the delivery of exceptional care and education to our clients.
• Collaborate with colleagues and stakeholders to ensure the center's goals and objectives are met.
• Contribute to the development and implementation of quality improvement initiatives, ensuring the center remains at the forefront of childcare best practices.

Requirements:

• Master's degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in a leadership role within a childcare setting.
• Proven track record of delivering high-quality childcare services and achieving excellent outcomes.
• Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with colleagues, clients, and stakeholders.
• Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team, with a flexible and adaptable approach to work.
