Job Summary:

Parsons is seeking a highly skilled Foundry Trainer to develop and deliver training programs for our team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and deliver training programs to meet the needs of our team.
  • Develop and maintain training materials and resources.
  • Conduct training sessions and provide feedback to participants.
  • Collaborate with subject matter experts to ensure training content is accurate and up-to-date.
  • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make recommendations for improvement.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree and 9+ years of experience, or Master's degree and 7+ years of experience, or PhD or JD and 4+ years of experience.
  • Top Secret SCI clearance.
  • Ability to plan, develop, and implement technical product training programs for customers, employees, and field support personnel.
  • Knowledge of customer and technical organizations, engineering, software, and product requirements to prepare training programs.
  • Skills to prepare lesson plans and training materials; design product demonstrations; develop course content; determine methodology; and coordinate the development of training aids.
