About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Growth Specialist to join our team at PULPO WMS. As a Sales Growth Specialist, you will be responsible for driving business growth and expansion in the DACH region and select European markets.

Key Responsibilities

  • Scale the Business: Develop and execute strategies to drive business growth and expansion.
  • Inspire Customers: Build strong relationships with customers and provide exceptional customer service to drive customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Master the Sales Process: Manage the entire sales cycle and deal flow end-to-end, from lead generation to closing deals.
  • Communication & Language: Communicate effectively with customers, partners, and internal stakeholders in English and German.
  • Leverage Tech: Utilize CRM and other sales tools to optimize sales processes and improve efficiency.

Requirements

  • Successful Seller: Proven track record of successfully closing deals in software or SaaS, with at least 3-5 years of experience.
  • Entrepreneurial Mindset: Run sales like it's your own company, with a strong ability to learn and adapt quickly.
  • Empathic Listener: Develop strong relationships with customers by understanding their needs and anticipating their requirements.
  • Open Communicator: Communicate effectively with customers and internal stakeholders, adapting to different conversation partners.
  • Getting Things Done: Prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines to drive business growth.
  • Industry Expertise: Experience in supply chain, warehouse logistics, or e-commerce/online retail is a plus.
