Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Consultant to join our team. As a Business Consultant, you will be responsible for analyzing the impact of procedural and organizational changes following company acquisitions and sales in the private equity context.

Key Responsibilities
  • Analyzing the impact of procedural and organizational changes following company acquisitions and sales in the private equity context
  • Developing customized change, communication, and training concepts based on the recommendations of our consulting team and in consultation with stakeholders
  • Taking responsibility for planning, moderating, and implementing measures, as well as managing communication activities and organizing workshops
  • Monitoring and tracking the implemented change measures and project progress
Requirements

You have a strong analytical and entrepreneurial mindset, are an absolute team player with hands-on qualities, and strive for collective success. Additionally, you recognize yourself in the following:

  • You have several years of professional experience in Change Management, preferably in management consulting, with a focus on finance/transactions, IT, and innovation.
  • Completed studies in Business Administration, Business Psychology, Business Informatics, or a similar relevant field.
  • Quick comprehension and a strong interest in delving into new topics in detail.
  • In-depth understanding of business models and knowledge of the latest developments.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills in both German and English.
  • Willingness to travel as required for project-related purposes.
