Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Corporate IT Strategist to join our team and lead the design and implementation of future-proof IT services for our corporate functions: HR, Legal, Finance & Taxes, Controlling, Treasury, and Customs.
Responsibilities:
- You will be responsible for identifying internal customers' requirements, analyzing solution alternatives, and conducting product recommendations for a broad and complex system landscape.
- You will lead IT projects with internal and external project teams, ensuring successful delivery and adoption.
- You will define solution configuration, create specifications for development, and interfaces.
- You will collaborate with business partners within the Freudenberg group to ensure alignment and support.
Qualifications:
- You have a Bachelor's degree in Business Informatics or a comparable qualification.
- You have experience in a similar role, such as a Solution Architect or Senior Consultant.
- You possess excellent communication skills, enabling you to explain the impact of system architecture on business processes to various stakeholders.
- You have experience with common applications in finance, HR, and customs, including SAP, Oracle, Workday, AEB, or similar.
- You enjoy working in an international team and follow global IT guidelines.
- A high level of self-motivation and customer focus are essential core competencies.
- You are fluent in English and have a good command of written and spoken German.
