Job Overview

As a Customer Service Representative for ADM in the Middle East, you will be responsible for supporting our international customers in the region. This role involves creating calculations and offers, processing document requests, coordinating and processing customer projects, and entering and changing master data according to specifications.

Your Responsibilities

  • You will be the primary point of contact for our customers in the Middle East, providing them with exceptional service and support.
  • You will create and manage customer projects, ensuring timely and efficient delivery of our products and services.
  • You will process customer requests and inquiries, providing accurate and timely responses.
  • You will work closely with our internal departments and field service teams to ensure seamless coordination and execution of customer projects.
  • You will maintain accurate and up-to-date master data, ensuring that our systems and processes are aligned with customer needs.

Your Profile

  • You have a strong background in sales or customer service, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional results.
  • You possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders.
  • You have a high level of proficiency in MS Office, with experience in using SAP SD and Sales Force.
  • You are a self-motivated and results-driven individual, with a strong sense of accountability and responsibility.
