We are seeking a highly skilled Automotive Quality Expert to join our team at LG Electronics Vehicle component Solutions. As a key member of our Quality Team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the highest quality standards are met in all aspects of our automotive components and solutions.
About UsLG Electronics VS is a leading system supplier in the fields of in-vehicle infotainment, telematics, and electrification. Our company focuses on commercializing and developing environmentally responsible automotive components and core solutions based on LG's proprietary technologies.
Key Responsibilities- Analyze quality issues (defectiveness, field, and 0-km claims) and implement corrective actions to prevent reoccurrence.
- Serve as a liaison between clients and our HQ in Korea to resolve quality-related issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Collaborate with clients to set up process for Quality Management System.
- Define technical factors through analysis and discussion with clients.
- Analyze defect units (first inspection of defect units) and quality trends to identify areas for improvement.
- Create and analyze 8D reports to document and resolve quality issues.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with client personnel in each plant.
- Travel to visit clients and plants (field issues) as required.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in mechanical or electrical engineering.
- First professional experience in the field of Quality in the automotive industry.
- Knowledge in Quality Management Processes.
- Ability to create and analyze 8D reports and other Quality Management Tools.
- Creative problem-solving skills, customer focus, proactive attitude, and good team player qualities.
- Willingness to travel for business purposes.
- Excellent communication skills in an international team.
- Good English and German language skills.
A competitive salary of €60,000 - €80,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus additional benefits.
