Servicetechniker / Facilities Assistant (m/w/d)

Wir suchen einen Servicetechniker / Facilities Assistant (m/w/d) in Vollzeit für unseren Standort in Halle (Saale).

Hauptraum:
  • Einhaltung, Kontrolle und Sicherstellung der Sauberkeit und Ordnung am Standort
  • Übernahme aller relevanten Tätigkeiten für den Warenein- und -ausgang, sowie für die Poststelle
  • Überprüfung und Verwaltung des Büromaterials
  • Einsatz und Vertretung an der Rezeption
  • Einhaltung aller relevanten Prozesse am Standort
  • Überwachung und Begleitung von Wartungen und Instandhaltungen gebäudetechnischer Anlagen
  • Erkennen und durchführen von notwendigen Kleinst-Reparaturen
  • Annahme und Abarbeitung von Arbeitsaufträgen
Stärken:
  • Wünschenswert ist eine abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung im haustechnischen Bereich oder im Bereich der Bürokommunikation
  • Ein ausgeprägtes handwerkliches Geschick und technische Affinität
  • Kundenorientierte Denkweise und freundliches und zuvorkommendes Auftreten
  • Eine zuverlässige, Ziel- und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise & Eigeninitiative
  • Du bist Kommunikationsstark und hast Spaß an der Arbeit im Team
  • Führerschein Klasse B
  • Gute Kenntnisse in MS-Office
  • Englischkenntnisse wünschenswert
