**The Role**
We are seeking a skilled Facilities Technician to join our team in Freiburg im Breisgau. As a Facilities Technician, you will be responsible for:
- Conducting regular inspections of assigned buildings and facilities
- Performing routine maintenance and repair tasks
- Documenting work activities using computerized systems
- Serving as a point of contact for clients and stakeholders
- Assisting with moves and relocations
**Requirements**
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A completed apprenticeship or technical education in a relevant field
- Previous experience in a similar role, preferably with a focus on building services and maintenance
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Good written and spoken German language skills
