Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled AI Developer to join our team at SAP. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in developing and implementing advanced AI features for our SAP Sustainability Control Tower.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and develop high-quality AI-related software using Java, Spring Boot, and potentially JavaScript and TypeScript.
  • Collaborate with Scrum teams to identify opportunities for AI features and implement them.
  • Coach and educate the team on AI technologies, including vector databases, LLMs, and NLPs.
  • Ensure the reliability, performance, security, and ethics of AI solutions.
  • Develop cloud-native code with a strong focus on quality.
  • Work closely with other AI experts to drive innovation and excellence.

Requirements:

  • Strong background in data science, model training, and tuning.
  • Excellent development skills in Java, specifically Spring Boot.
  • Experience in AI-related projects using advanced techniques like vector databases, LLMs, and NLPs.
  • Good understanding of best practices in AI, including reliability, performance, security, and ethics.
  • Fluent in English (written and verbal).
  • Preferred: Knowledge of SAP technologies such as the Cloud Application Programming Model (CAP) and Fiori Elements.
