Emissions Reduction Specialist for Compressors

About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled professional to join our team as an Emissions Reduction Specialist for Compressors. In this role, you will play a crucial part in developing and implementing solutions to reduce greenhouse gas emissions from compressors in the Oil & Gas industry.

Responsibilities

  • Support the development and deployment of EagleBurgmann product solutions that abate greenhouse gas emissions from compressors.
  • Act as Product Owner for the evaluation tool to assess CO2eq savings from EagleBurgmann products and associated cost breakeven.
  • Define and prioritize features for the tool to ensure successful adoption and continuous improvement.
  • Clarify and gather required inputs for professional estimation of EagleBurgmann avoided emissions on compressors.

Requirements

  • Technical/scientific education, e.g., engineering.
  • Basic understanding of climate change, especially radiative forcing.
  • Good analytical skills.
  • Language: English (professional proficiency), knowledge of German is a plus.
  • Basic knowledge and/or experience on Agile/SCRUM framework or similar is a plus.
  • Knowledge on turbomachinery, compressors, and Oil & Gas is a plus.
  • Confident handling of Microsoft Office 365 incl. Teams and SharePoint.
  • Reliability and professional appearance.
  • Strong communication skills, flexibility, and ability to work in a team.
  • High "hands-on" mentality, proactive, and independent way of working.
