Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Retail Sales Associate with Substitute Function to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, managing store operations, and maintaining a high level of product knowledge.

Key Responsibilities
  • Work closely with the store manager to ensure seamless store operations, including opening and closing procedures.
  • Provide excellent customer service, responding to customer inquiries, and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Maintain a high level of product knowledge, including store layouts, promotions, and product features.
  • Conduct regular inventory checks, ensuring accurate stock levels and minimizing losses.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to achieve sales targets, promote products, and drive business growth.
Requirements
  • Previous retail experience, preferably in a sales or customer-facing role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Strong product knowledge and ability to learn quickly.
  • Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends.
  • Ability to lift up to 25 kg and stand for long periods.
