Position Overview

As a Logistics Planning Supervisor at CG GROUP, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing and enhancing the efficiency of our supply chain operations. Your expertise will be essential in ensuring that our manufacturing processes are executed with precision and cost-effectiveness.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Process Management: Strategically plan, manage, and refine the quality, expenses, and timely execution of production activities, including capacity assessments.
  • Material Coordination: Assess and secure the necessary raw materials, ensuring that all components are readily available and effectively monitored.
  • Optimization Analysis: Identify and implement improvements across the entire value chain, focusing on time efficiency, quality enhancement, and cost reduction.
  • Planning Structure Evaluation: Regularly review and enhance existing planning frameworks and operational workflows.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with various Supply Chain Management departments to ensure seamless operations.
  • SCM Strategy Development: Contribute to the formulation and execution of Supply Chain Management strategies and scenarios.
  • Data Management: Maintain and enhance master data within the ERP system.
  • Order Management: Oversee order processing and ensure effective monitoring.
  • Customer Support: Address and manage customer inquiries and requests.
  • Complaint Resolution: Handle and resolve complaints efficiently.
Qualifications:
  • Completed vocational training in Logistics or a related field.
  • Extensive experience in Supply Chain Management, Procurement, or Logistics.
  • Proven background in production planning.
  • Proficient IT skills, particularly with ERP systems, ideally JD Edwards.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
  • Strong self-motivation and resilience.
  • Ability to cooperate effectively, assertively, and flexibly.
  • Results-driven with a structured and analytical mindset.
