Job Summary

We are looking for a skilled Gearbox Engineer to join our R&D team. The successful candidate will be responsible for gearbox fatigue analyze and simulation, transmission and/or gearbox NVH analyze and simulation, execution of testing plan in both stands and fields, and strong technical problem solving capacity of market issues.

Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of technical experience in agricultural machinery project
• Expert in macro parameters, micro modification of designing, verification, and optimization of cylindrical gears and bevel gears
• Deep understanding of materials, heat treatment, and related failure modes of gears, shafts, and bearings
• Proficient in simulation and optimization of gearbox lubrication and heat dissipation
• Rich experience in simulation, testing, and optimization of NVH issues such as gearbox howling, knocking, and torsional vibration
• Ability to conduct joint acoustic simulation platform for gearbox NVH system analysis
