Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Store Manager Assistant to join our team. As a Store Manager Assistant, you will be responsible for supporting the Store Manager in the day-to-day operations of the store, including sales floor management, customer service, and inventory control.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist the Store Manager in overseeing the sales floor, including visual merchandising and inventory management
  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Support the Store Manager in managing the store's inventory, including receiving and processing shipments, and maintaining accurate inventory records
  • Assist with store opening and closing procedures, including counting and reconciling cash and inventory
  • Participate in visual merchandising and store displays to create an engaging and attractive shopping environment
  • Collaborate with the Store Manager to develop and implement sales strategies and promotions
  • Assist with training and development of sales associates to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to provide excellent customer service

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
  • 2+ years of retail experience, preferably in a management role
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
