We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Sales Associate to join our team at PENNY. As a Sales Associate with Representation Function, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a seamless shopping experience for our customers.
Key Responsibilities- Work closely with the Store Manager to ensure the smooth operation of the store when they are not present.
- Provide excellent customer service at the checkout and throughout the store, addressing customer inquiries and resolving any issues promptly.
- Ensure that the store is well-stocked and visually appealing, with a focus on maintaining high standards of product presentation and display.
- Conduct regular quality checks on products to ensure they meet our high standards.
- Collaborate with colleagues to achieve sales targets and drive business growth.
- Previous experience in retail or a related field is desirable, but not essential.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with colleagues and customers.
- Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- Ability to lift and move stock as required.
