About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Audio Engineer to join our team at PLAZAMEDIA GmbH. As a key member of our audio team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality audio services for our clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Operate and maintain audio equipment, including StageTec, Lawo, and Yamaha consoles, as well as ClearCom command systems.
- Set up and dismantle audio equipment for studio and event productions.
- Mix audio in live settings and during recordings.
- Establish and verify signal connections, and assess their quality.
- Maintain and service audio equipment.
- Collaborate with the team to plan and develop audio requirements.
- Develop and test new production procedures.
- Perform smaller sound reinforcement tasks in the event sector.
About You
We are looking for a candidate with a strong background in audio engineering, preferably with a degree in Audio Technology or a related field. You should have a solid understanding of audio mixing and signal flow, as well as experience with software packages like AVID ProTools and Waves.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Flexibility to work weekends and shifts.
