SAP S/4 HANA Business Transformation Consultant

NGP - SAP & Salesforce Experts is seeking an experienced Business Transformation Consultant to join our team. As a key member of our SAP practice, you will work closely with clients to design and implement business processes in SAP ECC & S/4 HANA.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support clients in the design and implementation of SAP-related processes
  • Liaise between business stakeholders and the IT team to facilitate business readiness
  • Develop business flows, reference content, and methodologies
  • Convey content on business readiness and apply different methodologies for consulting, process analysis, and decision-making processes
  • Plan and supervise training activities during the build and roll-out phase
  • Deep dive into business requirements to understand client needs and design the best possible business process
Requirements:
  • Proven background in developing business processes for SAP ECC & S/4 HANA transformation projects
  • Ability to proactively guide stakeholders through workshops to identify key areas of improvement
  • Strong overview of several SAP modules in the area of Logistics and/or Supply Chain Management
  • Fluent level of German and English
  • Will to travel to customer sites at the start and end of a project
