Fresenius Medical Care is seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our team as an Outpatient Dialysis Registered Nurse. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care and education to patients undergoing hemodialysis treatment.

• Assess, plan, and implement individualized patient care plans to meet the unique needs of each patient.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians, and document patient responses and outcomes.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement patient care plans, and participate in quality improvement initiatives.
• Provide education and support to patients and their families on hemodialysis treatment options, and promote self-care and independence.
• Conduct ongoing assessments and evaluations of patient care, and make adjustments to treatment plans as needed.

• Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing.
• Current appropriate state licensure.
• Current or successful completion of CPR BLS Certification.
• Minimum of 9 months experience as a Registered Nurse, with a strong background in nephrology nursing.
