Digital Transformation Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Digital Transformation Specialist to join our team at Synpulse Schweiz AG. As a key member of our management consulting team, you will be responsible for driving digital transformation efforts and ensuring the smooth implementation of new banking systems and solutions for our clients.

About the Job:

  • Master operational excellence of our clients and drive digital transformation efforts
  • Work on the frontline and assist with all phases of the project life cycle
  • Apply strategic and critical thinking to develop recommendations that address client challenges
  • Conduct workshops with the client to collect requirements
  • Help clients in defining use cases and parameterizing functionality for the Avaloq core banking system
  • Respond to and handle complex issues in testing and productive systems
  • Gather requirements relating to the integration of new systems
  • Be in close contact and interact directly with our customers

About You:

  • Master's degree in Information Technology, Management, Economics, Math, Physics, Engineering, or other analytical fields
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities, professional experience in business analysis is a plus
  • Strong communication skills in English and German are a must
  • Affinity to information technology and programming knowledge/experience
  • Professional experience in banking, wealth management, and financial services industry is a strong advantage
  • Experience working with project management methodology is a plus
