Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to join our Media Services team as a Production Assistant. As a key member of our team, you will assist in the maintenance of our media archive, support backoffice responsibilities, and control data streams of ESL media productions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain and organize ESL's media archive, ensuring seamless access to high-quality content.
  • Support backoffice responsibilities, streamlining workflows and improving efficiency across departments.
  • Control data streams of ESL media productions, ensuring timely delivery of media assets.
  • Communicate effectively with internal stakeholders to resolve media deliverable issues.

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Excellent written and spoken English communication skills.
  • Proficiency in G Suite and Office tools.
  • A team-oriented mindset, with a willingness to learn and adapt to company requirements.
