Cybersecurity Operations Manager

Overview of the Role
As an Information Security Manager at Eurex Repo GmbH, you will oversee the primary defense mechanisms that ensure the organization operates securely and in compliance with regulations. This position involves collaboration with various stakeholders within Eurex Repo, including the Chief Information Security Officer, as well as with teams across the Eurex Group and the broader Deutsche Börse Group. You will play a crucial role in a dedicated team, representing Eurex Repo, driving enhancements, and fortifying the cyber resilience of IT systems while minimizing information security vulnerabilities and maintaining comprehensive security documentation and protocols.
Key Responsibilities
Regularly report on the information security status from a first line of defense perspective to the management board. Assist the management board in addressing information security risks. Oversee security service monitoring and manage related outsourcing efforts while fulfilling the Business Owner role. Coordinate the IT application portfolio and manage the classification process. Act as the IDP Coordinator, overseeing activities linked to individual data processing. Engage with various stakeholders across Eurex Repo, the Eurex Group, and the Deutsche Börse Group.Candidate Profile
A university degree or equivalent qualification in Information Technology and/or Information Security. Relevant work experience in Information Security and IT, ideally within the financial sector. Strong understanding of the regulatory landscape and a commitment to fulfilling these requirements from an Information Security viewpoint, with a desire to expand knowledge in this domain. Excellent communication and presentation abilities. A collaborative mindset, with strong analytical and problem-solving skills, self-organization, and motivation. Effective planning, prioritization, and tracking capabilities. Quick learner with the ability to grasp complex subjects.
