Senior Supply Chain Data Analyst

About the Role

E.ON SE is seeking a highly skilled Senior Supply Chain Data Analyst to join our team. As a key member of our Supply Chain Digital & Analytics department, you will play a crucial role in shaping our digital landscape and driving business success.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain a holistic reporting and analytics landscape, leveraging IT tools, data, and processes to inform business decisions.
  • Lead Supply Chain reporting and analytics initiatives, designing and implementing group-wide reports that drive business value.
  • Manage the interface between IT and business support functions, prioritizing requirements as a Product Owner.
  • Create complex ad-hoc reports using Power BI and Analysis for Office (AfO), and support Supply Chain areas in data clustering and mapping.
  • Design and initiate AI-based use cases for Supply Chain, leveraging analytics and data insights to drive business growth.
  • Ensure close collaboration with Supply Chain areas through regular training and workshops, and identify new market best-practices and digitalization trends.
  • Contribute to a culture of continuous improvement, performance, and open feedback, and develop expert knowledge and coaching of digital skills.
Requirements
  • A master's degree in a relevant field, with additional qualifications (PHD or MBA) a plus.
  • Years of relevant work experience in consulting, IT, or Supply Chain management.
  • Excellent knowledge of data management, including collecting, clustering, mapping, enrichment, and visualization of data insights.
  • Highly developed analytical and communicational skills, with a structured work style and pragmatic hands-on approach.
  • Advanced tool-based experience in reporting and data processing (e.g. SAP SAC, MS Power Apps / BI).
  • Passion for driving automation potential through integrating artificial intelligence technologies.
  • Outstanding analytical competence, coupled with strong process and problem-solving skills.
  • High resilience, with the ability to manage risks and take ownership.
  • Experience in managing international projects and complex stakeholder relations at different hierarchical levels.
  • Fluency in English and German.
