Position Summary:
  • As part of the Strategy & Analytics team, we are seeking a dedicated Product Insights Analyst. This role focuses on converting data into strategic insights, empowering the Product Management team to make data-informed decisions.
  • You will collaborate with a talented group of former consultants from top firms such as McKinsey, Bain, BCG, and the Big 4.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Take full ownership of workstreams to provide data-driven business and product insights across various strategic initiatives.
  • Perform comprehensive analyses to pinpoint improvement opportunities, boost efficiency, and establish targets for teams.
  • Collaborate with multiple departments within the organization.
  • Regularly present findings to organizational leaders.
Qualifications:

Experience:
  • A minimum of 3 years in Business Analytics within a respected tech firm or leading management consulting agency.
  • Familiarity with Product, CRM, and Growth sectors.
  • Strong collaboration skills to effectively engage with diverse functions and translate insights into actionable strategies.
Technical Skills:
  • Proficient in SQL and Tableau.
  • Experience in product analytics, Google Analytics, including A/B Testing, Tracking, and Tag Management.
Communication Abilities:
  • Demonstrated capability to create and deliver presentations for senior stakeholders with a compelling narrative.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, particularly in conveying technical information effectively.
  • Strong communication and presentation capabilities.
