About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Project Manager to lead a significant part of our ONE template implementation. This is an exciting opportunity to harmonize business processes across the Intersnack group, leveraging a common IT solution stack.

Key Responsibilities
  • Implement projects according to the Intersnack project management methodology, ensuring timely completion within scope and budget.
  • Collaborate closely with the steering committee and sponsor to drive project delivery.
  • Oversee the completion of all functional and project management deliverables assigned to internal or external consulting resources.
  • Monitor and report progress, resolving implementation issues as they arise.
  • Ensure alignment with other projects and initiatives on a local scale, impacting own delivery.
  • Manage the allocation of business resources to work packages and deliverables.
  • Identify, sign-off, plan, and execute organizational change management aspects of the implementation.
  • Coordinate collaboration between the central delivery team and the local implementation team.
Requirements
  • University degree in Science, Technology, Engineering, Computer Science, Mathematics, Business Administration, or similar qualification.
  • Minimum 5 years of work experience in IT project management or consulting, with FMCG experience a plus.
  • Project Management certifications (e.g. PMI, PRINCE2) and Lean/Six Sigma skills desirable.
  • Experience in managing the introduction of IT solutions within an organization, with a strong track record of process improvement and change management.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to influence and motivate teams.
  • Fluent spoken and written English is a must, with any further language spoken within Intersnack considered a plus.
