Join Our Team as a Service Technician for Elevator Systems

We are seeking a skilled Service Technician to join our team at the Schindler Group. As a Service Technician, you will be responsible for the maintenance and repair of elevator systems in the Lake Constance region.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform routine maintenance and repair tasks on elevator systems
  • Conduct thorough inspections and diagnose issues with modern diagnostic equipment
  • Provide expert advice to customers and perform preventative maintenance tasks
  • Identify and rectify safety hazards and provide detailed reports
  • Work on-call shifts and weekends as required

Requirements:

  • Completion of a recognized apprenticeship or degree in a relevant field, such as electrical engineering or mechatronics
  • Previous experience as a Service Technician in the electrical or mechanical industry is desirable
  • Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to work independently
  • Valid driver's license (Class 3 or B)
