Hearing Specialist Assistant

Key Responsibilities:

As a Hearing Specialist Assistant, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients in Landshut.

Your key tasks will include:

  • Conducting hearing tests and providing personalized solutions to our clients
  • Implementing sales routines with excellence and ensuring a unique customer experience in our retail store
  • Supporting our clients with the maintenance of their hearing systems, advising on accessories, and building long-term relationships
  • Utilizing our customer database to contact clients via phone and organizing local marketing activities (trade fairs and health events)
  • As a data administrator, you will maintain accurate and up-to-date customer information
  • In the context of our retail store organization, you will assist with scheduling, calendar management, and inventory control

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • To have completed your training as a Hearing Specialist Assistant (m/w/d)
  • To be customer-focused and enjoy sales and consultation
  • To possess strong communication skills, persuasion abilities, and empathy
  • To thrive in a team environment and contribute to our shared success
  • To be organized and flexible, with a high sense of responsibility
