Drive Global Change at Advantest Europe GmbH

As a Senior Change Manager at Advantest Europe GmbH, you will play a key role in driving our digital transformation journey. Our current focus is on Supply Chain, Quote to Cash, and Human Capital process digitalization.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement robust global change management strategies to achieve organizational goals.
  • Develop a toolkit for change management for transformation projects that can be applied by project managers for each project.
  • Lead, coordinate, and manage change management activities across various international business processes.
  • Monitor and assess the impact of change on employees globally, recommending solutions as needed.
  • Lead stakeholder analysis and communicate change management plans effectively to teammates and key stakeholders globally for understanding and buy-in.
  • Develop change impact assessment and training needs analysis. Implement comprehensive training programs to foster a global understanding and adaptation to change.
  • Coordinate with various departments globally to successfully implement changes on an international scale.

Your Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Organizational Development, Digital Transformation, Supply Chain Management, Design, or comparable.
  • Proven experience in leading and implementing global change management initiatives during company-wide transformations.
  • Strong understanding of organizational development, change theory, and global business management principles.
  • Excellent communication, coaching, and mentoring skills with the ability to work seamlessly across diverse global teams.
  • Good analytical and problem-solving skills to address complex issues on an international scale.
  • Expertise in influencing others globally to support change and adapt to new processes.
  • Flexibility to adapt to changing circumstances and prioritize multiple tasks in an international context.
  • Familiarity with change management coordination with cross-functional teams on a global scale.
  • Knowledge and implementation of change frameworks such as Prosci / Adkar / McKinsey 7s.
