About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled HubSpot Solutions Architect to join our team at Huble. As a key member of our Solutions Architecture team, you will be responsible for designing and implementing innovative solutions that leverage the HubSpot CRM platform.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and implement effective solutions using the HubSpot platform to meet client requirements.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define architecture and scope of HubSpot projects.
  • Create comprehensive documentation, including requirements, functional specifications, and data models.
  • Lead complex technology configuration projects and mentor junior team members.
  • Conduct technology audits and provide recommendations for improvement.
  • Define success metrics and reporting requirements for technology solutions.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest technology features and communicate changes internally and to clients.
  • Assist with data migration projects and conduct quality assurance testing.
Requirements
  • Extensive experience with HubSpot or similar CRM platforms.
  • Computer Science or similar technical qualification.
  • Experience in a digital/technical agency/consultancy in a consulting/specialist role working with clients throughout the whole process.
  • Solid knowledge of HubSpot or equivalent.
  • Ability to read and understand technical documentation.
  • Sound knowledge of big data.
  • Experience with integrating systems, leveraging APIs, or custom-built.
  • Excellent command of English, with exceptional writing and communication skills.
  • Fluent in writing and speaking German.
