Job Title: Senior Director Global Non-Trade Procurement

At adidas, we are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Senior Director to lead our Global Non-Trade Procurement team. As a key member of our procurement organization, you will be responsible for driving strategic sourcing initiatives, managing supplier relationships, and ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the Global Non-Trade Procurement team, including stakeholder management, sourcing management, category management, and supplier management.
  • Develop and implement strategic sourcing plans to meet business needs and drive cost savings.
  • Manage supplier relationships, including contract negotiation, performance monitoring, and risk management.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business outcomes and improve processes.
Requirements:
  • 15+ years of experience in procurement, with a focus on strategic sourcing and supplier management.
  • Proven track record of driving cost savings and improving process efficiency.
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with experience leading cross-functional teams.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders.
  • Fluent in English, with additional language skills a plus.
