As a Junior Production Specialist, you will be part of our production team in Wiesbaden, Germany, working in a 4-shift operation. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Manufacturing silicone elastomers, ensuring reliable adherence to given instructions and machine operation guidelines.
  • Daily cleaning and waste separation.
  • Ensuring accurate waste quantity reporting.
  • Handling and processing production documents correctly.
  • Verifying raw materials for accuracy and quality before use.
  • Performing necessary maintenance, control, and upkeep tasks.
  • Familiarizing yourself with and operating all processes and equipment in relevant areas.
  • Participating in various training sessions (technique, processes, analysis, and safety training).
  • Attending team meetings.

Key qualifications include:

  • Teamwork and willingness to collaborate closely with other team members.
  • Flexibility and sense of responsibility.
  • Cost and safety awareness.
  • Manual skills and technical understanding.
  • Proficiency in German language, both spoken and written.
  • Willingness to work shifts.

Preferred qualifications include:

  • Fachausbildung in Chemie, Mechanik, or Lagerwirtschaft.
  • Experience with Siemens PCS7 process control systems is an advantage.
