Deputy Station Director

About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced professional to join our team as a Senior Station Manager at AMEOS Gruppe. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for supporting the Station Director in the management of the planned beds of the surgical elective station.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the Station Director in the planning and implementation of the station's operations
• Contribute to the development and implementation of new initiatives and projects
• Collaborate with the Station Director to ensure the effective management of the station's resources
• Develop and implement strategies to improve patient care and satisfaction
• Work closely with the multidisciplinary team to ensure seamless communication and collaboration
• Ensure the station's operations are conducted in a cost-effective and efficient manner

Requirements

• Completed education as a healthcare professional (e.g. nurse, doctor)
• Experience in a leadership or management role in a healthcare setting
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced environment
