About the Role
The Keyholder is a vital member of our sales team, responsible for driving sales growth and delivering exceptional customer service. As a representative of Kate Spade, you will embody the brand's spirit and values, ensuring that every customer interaction is a memorable one.
Key Responsibilities
- Meet or exceed individual sales targets through effective selling skills and product knowledge.
- Develop strong relationships with customers, understanding their needs and preferences to provide personalized service.
- Stay up-to-date on product knowledge, including features, benefits, and pricing, to make informed recommendations to customers.
- Contribute to a positive and inclusive store environment, working collaboratively with colleagues to achieve sales and service goals.
- Participate in visual merchandising and store maintenance to ensure a visually appealing and well-organized store.
Requirements
- Proven sales experience in a retail environment, preferably in the luxury goods sector.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple responsibilities.
- Knowledge of visual merchandising principles and ability to apply them to create an engaging store environment.
- Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including weekends and holidays.
