Job Overview

As an Enterprise Account Executive, you will play a key role in driving business growth and developing strong relationships with our customers.

You will work closely with our sales team, leveraging your expertise in CX/E-Commerce solutions to identify new opportunities and drive revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to consistently meet or exceed quarterly sales quotas
  • Maintain accurate pipeline management and expert-level forecasting
  • Build effective working relationships with Solutions Engineering, Customer Success, Product, Marketing, Delivery, and Executive teams
  • Promote Frontnow's partner ecosystem to optimize market opportunity
Requirements
  • Minimum 7 years of experience selling enterprise SaaS solutions in the CX/E-Commerce space
  • Proven track record of effective selling within specific geographical/account-based territories
  • Strong value-based solution selling skills, with a focus on delivering tangible business outcomes
  • A consultative and professional approach to engaging with customers
  • Ability to build great internal partnerships with key business units and their stakeholders
  • Familiarity with qualification frameworks and formal sales processes
  • Experience managing accounts in CX/E-Commerce ecosystems to elevate business
