We are seeking a highly skilled Order Execution Engineer to join our team at EagleBurgmann. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for leading projects during order execution and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Project lead during order execution and ensuring customer satisfaction
- Securing overall project performance, especially technical excellence and on-time delivery
- Technical responsibility from order entry to delivery towards the customer
- Tracking and pursuing technical, commercial, and lead time deviations on orders towards sales and customer
- Identifying process improvement opportunities within engineering and operations
- Coordination with sales, production, and procurement to optimize delivery times
- Professional project management within the organization and towards the customer
Requirements
- Bachelor or Master's degree in engineering
- Proven experience in project management
- Professional experience in the field of sealing technology is an advantage
- Excellent communication skills, flexibility, and ability to work in a team
- Reliability and professional appearance, especially towards customers
- Strong entrepreneurial thinking and acting
- High 'hands-on' mentality, proactive, and independent way of working
- Business fluent in German and English
- Willingness to travel
