We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated HR Business Partner (m/w/d) / HR Generalist (m/w/d) to join our team at our Essingen location near Aalen.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support the HR function in all aspects, including recruitment, employee relations, and benefits administration.
• Develop and implement HR strategies to align with the company's business objectives.
• Collaborate with management to identify and address HR-related issues.
• Provide guidance and support to employees on HR-related matters.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in HR, preferably in a similar industry.
• Strong knowledge of HR principles, practices, and regulations.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
