Station Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced professional to join our team as a Station Manager at our Hoyer Autohof in Neustadt-Glewe. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for the overall performance of the station, ensuring high-quality service, efficient operations, and excellent customer satisfaction.

• Lead and motivate the team to achieve sales and service targets
• Implement and maintain high standards of customer service and station appearance
• Manage and control station operations, including inventory, stock, and supplies
• Develop and implement sales and marketing strategies to increase sales and revenue
• Monitor and analyze sales data, identifying trends and areas for improvement

• Proven experience in a sales and service environment, preferably in the retail or hospitality industry
• Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and implement solutions
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a focus on customer satisfaction and service excellence
