Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Data Administration Specialist to join our team at DACHSER SE. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for maintaining and ensuring the accuracy of our address data, providing expert advice to our locations and departments on data-related matters, and ensuring the smooth operation of our data management processes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Promote data quality and integrity by maintaining and updating address data in our systems
  • Provide expert advice and guidance to our locations and departments on data-related matters, including data governance, data quality, and data security
  • Ensure the smooth operation of our data management processes, including data imports, exports, and transformations
  • Collaborate with our teams to develop and implement data management strategies and best practices
  • Perform data analysis and quality checks to ensure data accuracy and integrity
Requirements
  • Completed commercial training or equivalent qualification
  • Proficiency in Microsoft 365, particularly in data management and analysis tools
  • Excellent German and English language skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
